Old applications will no longer work and can be removed from your devices.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Enhanced security measures have been implemented for the client portal, now requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) for access. The MFA default is an email code. You also have the ability to change the default to an SMS code instead.
SMS Code Instructions
To switch the MFA to an SMS text message, you will need to establish a mobile number. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Step 1: Use a Different Verification Method
After entering your login credentials, you will be directed to the verification screen. Click the link “Use a different verification method” highlighted in the image.

Step 2: Select SMS
On the verification methods screen, select the SMS option as highlighted in the image.
Step 3: Acknowledge Terms
The initial setup will first require you to verify the email code. Once completed, you’ll be prompted to establish a mobile number. Check the box “I acknowledge that I have read, reviewed and agree to the Short Code Terms of Service.”

Step 4: Complete Setup
Enter your ten-digit phone number, click “Request Code”, enter the SMS code you receive, and click “Save”. Your default MFA will now be SMS.
Issues with Email Code
Some users have reported issues with the email verification code. Below are examples and workarounds:
Long String Instead of Code
Some users receive a long string of code instead of a 6-digit code. We expect this issue will be resolved soon. In the meantime, use the workaround shown in the next step.

Workaround: View Entire Message
At the bottom of the email, click the “View entire message” link. This will open a new tab displaying the 6-digit code correctly.
Remembering The Device
To reduce the number of times you need to enter a verification code, you can select “Remember this device” on the MFA screen. Important: Only use this on personal devices you trust, not on shared, public, or work computers.
